3 Brooms Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc

So good. Gets better every time.

Mango m, peach and green pepper on the nose. Green pepper, lemon, stone fruit on the pallet. Minerality and medium bodied. Not as crisp and acidic as most Marlborough Sauv blancs. More vegetal than most. But lovely. Paired well with white fish and seared sea scallops.

I disagree with these ratings. Way too sweet for me

Grass, citrus, light melon, crispy but a bit too acidic.

Tropical, with some grapefruit,
Great acidity, good minerality length.

Lovely SB. All the crispness i expect from Marlborough NZ, but with additional complex and smooth flavors that I quite enjoyed

2021. Lovely subtle citrus notes followed by stone fruit. Low acidity. Served with seared salmon with a maple, orange glaze.. Yum!

Gigantic aromatics. Green pepper, green olive, lime. 😊
