Tasted blind. I guessed a 2012 from Emilia Romagna. Pretty pleased with myself. Correct vintage and I was only out by a hundred miles or so.
As for the wine, it is at its peak, aging a little. Rich with slight oxidation elements and petrol. Viscous texture. Quite akin to many a Burgundy.

Beautiful white with really nice brightness and a hint of sweetness with the fruit and floral notes but not sugary at all.
