Pours salmon in color. ON THE NOSE: Cherry, and hibiscus. ON THE PALATE: Cherry with yeast and a hint of citrus. Truly refreshing with long lasting bubbles. Long finish paired very nicely with champagne cheddar cheese

Copper, salmon color. Citrus, strawberry, hint of biscuit, cheese. Nice ☀️ day in Santa Cruz.

Grapefruit and ripe berries

Pale copper. Aromas of raspberry and grapefruit. So delicious, crisp with small delicate bubbles.
