2013 opened in 2018. Nice bright fruit flavor, but not quite as smooth as I prefer — 4 years ago
Take a bite into this full Pinot. Makes the back of your mouth water when it hits the tip of your tongue as if you're biting into a sweet tart. Surprisingly smooth finish. Bouncy in flavor and tranquil in mouth feel — 6 years ago
Purchased at the vineyard in May. Just opened last night and it was even better than we remembered from the tasting. — a month ago
Excellent blend of dark cherry and works well with our steak and the rain in the mountains — 3 years ago
Light bodied, cherries, tea, clove with a nice dirt finish. Awesome Pinot from Baletto. — 5 years ago
Last wine from Saddleback Cellars and tasted with the Balletto Vineyards Sauvignon Blanc. Clearer than the SB with a more golden hue. A little tight initially on the nose. Some notes of white and citrus fruits. As it opened up it added some complexity, brown sugar and a little warm too. Definitely some Granny Smith apples on the palate with some moderate acidity (6/10) and body. Added in some tropical notes, with a slightly creamy mid palate. Long finish and delicious. Drink till 2022. — 6 years ago
Apple and citrus but with a good body, great with rich seafood or hard cheeses — 2 months ago
This pretty, pale, pink wine offers a beautiful nose of cherries, strawberries, citrus and minerals. On the palate, the fruit has a tangy tartness and the acidity is as fresh as can be. I love rosés, so I’m an easy audience, but this one rivals any pinkie I have had from the south of France. Delicious and ready for springtime. — 5 months ago

Just gets better with time. Upon release I always finds these wines big and just-conjoined but after a few years they evolve so amazingly. Muted fruit so well integrated, light tannin and medium long finish — a month ago
