Révélation Vin de Pays d'Oc Chardonnay

This wine has a lovely golden tint. Aromas of apricot, apple, pear and a very light citrus note appear in the nose. The flavors are fairly remarkable, especially for a $7 wine. Tropical notes, peach, pear and lemon-lime come forward, along with a hint of sweet oak. The acidity is zippy enough to carry a salad, seafood dish or light pasta meal. The wine finishes long and full. It is definitely a bargain wine, one reminiscent of old-line Chardonnay.

Wow. Cheap af and stellar. Young bright fresh. Moderate oak superb acidity balanced by soft body and loud exotic fruity tropical bananas on nose, can’t get over it. thanks tj!

Surprisingly sweet but not bad

Tasty Chardonnay under $10. Found at Trader Joes

This wine was purchased at Trader Joes for 6.99. This is an excellent value a light wine but nicely balanced fruit on the palate.

Basically toasted head with more acidity.

Clean crisp and not much else other than a touch of RS but it was hot today and it tasted good cold.

This sub $10 Trader Joe’s treasure really shines. The butter is restrained and balanced, also has a bright acidity. Notes of citrus on the nose and caramel, vanilla and butterscotch on the palate. Great delightful wine to pair with spicy food.

A good Tuesday wine.
