Has all the right flavor components; tobacco, cherry, plum and floral notes, but the finish seems fatty. Though seems to be drying out over time. All in all plush and full of super Tuscan character and certainly a bargain.

Less aggressive than I was expecting, but still had some nice acid and the tobacco/berry/stone trifecta of yumminess. Tannins were pretty shy. Pretty a jewel-bright.

Leather and tobacco notes in the nose with dark fruits, dry with med acidity and leaves mouth wanting more. Great wine for this price.
