Served a little on the warm side, which may affect the rating. Lemon curd, pear, and some nice white floral on the nose.

Jan 2nd, 2020Nose: papaya meringue, super ripe honey dew, lemon grass. Toasted Almonds, Toffee & Brittle. Mouth: soft whipped cream, lemon rind, lemon grass. Buttery. Food: We are having local Santa Barbara #uni as an appetizer and local sea-bass as out main. Lobster would be fantastic with this wine.
