Well structured with hints of vanilla and pineapple. Deep yellow in color and takes me back when Chardonnays were oaky. We had this with fresh salmon cakes and it paired very well.

Nose: papaya meringue, super ripe honey dew, lemon grass. Toasted Almonds, Toffee & Brittle. Mouth: soft whipped cream, lemon rind, lemon grass. Buttery. Food: We are having local Santa Barbara #uni as an appetizer and local sea-bass as out main. Lobster would be fantastic with this wine.
