Certain aged wines have that caramel/honeyed nose to them, this is showing that to be true again.

Salted boysenberry, pomegranate pith, dried cherry, popsicle stick tannins that still hold the fruit with every teeth mark. A little playful acidity peeks out every now and then, and helps allow this wine to become a wonderful weekend’s end ponderer..

Dark red transparent with just some age showing on the edge. Fruity nose with some herbs too. Drinking smoothly. Still some tanins.
