Nov 6th, 2016Dark Ruby. Initial hint of dirty tea towel (Brett) which did not impact on the palate. Sweet cherry and red fruit flavours with a touch of cinnamon. Medium bodied tannins. Low acidity. Short term cellaring. 2013 vintage.

Plum, smoke, beef fat, pepper, maybe some creamy oak. Big and juicy plum and black cherry on the palate with strong, somewhat bitter tannins. Bit of black tea in the finish.
Well balanced, interesting, and food friendly...and cheap. I like.
