In Amphoris Langhe Nebbiolo

Love this every vintage. As is par for the course, this is a little fizzy (barely) for the first couple months after release, so just decant an hour before or the day before and you’re good to go. So smooth, lighter than last vintage but pure drinking pleasure. Super food friendly with blackberry cobbler, blueberries, savory thyme, au jus and nice thin tannins to the finish. NBI
