Med plus intense aromas of Perfume, elegant cheery and rosepedal. Med body, med plus acid, balanced and smooth, structure and black fruit flavor comes together, finish with bitter structure and med plus tannins. Complex but savory nebbiolo that has potential to pair with bunch of different foods-tajarin ragu, fiorentina steak, rabbits.... bit stiff and young. Need 3 to 5 yrs to age.
