Dark and deep. Tobacco, tar, hoisin and black cherries. Can’t imagine drinking this any younger. It’s showing some nice tertiary aromas. Tannins are fully resolved and now just a beautiful wine.

Improved with some air time. Needed at least an hour. Gripping tannins to start leading way to great terroir. No mistaking this wine. Paired well with rack of lamb.
