Really wonderful wine with white ash, licorice and delicate smoke fire elements. Beautiful wine.

Those old stinky sticky licorice sticks wrapped in decaying violets. Tongue coating soft tannins, like a nice gentle hug.

Hot in the chest but a fabulous example of Nebbiolo in a structural sense. Not overly oaky or too youthful. This was a tannic vintage but they have softened well here. Abundant new road/asphalt/tar notes. Big dried red and black cherries, dried figs with big herbaceous tones. Dried white and red rose petals. Med-med+ tannins with medium acid. These tannins have softened nicely. Great mouthfeel on this Nebbiolo. Some fun tertiary vanillin library flavors as well. Brown sugary finish. Love this.

Light in body, yet robust in flavor. A ruby red hue with medium body and nose like fresh cut red fruit, and slight pepper spice. Acidity is bright and sharp, could use a year or 2 of age, with notes of slightly underripe strawberries, black cherries and red berries, white pepper, slate and a long dry finish that feels almost like menthol or mint, but not as specific.
