Pale Ruby in colour. Notes of earth Iron filings menthol and cherry. Medium minus in palate weight finishing with fine but persistent Tannins. Showing its cooler climate origins in Roero north of Alba. Like the vast majority of Italian Wine shows best when accompanied by food.

Ripe, hints of baking spice, licorice. Firm tannin on attack but still cherry fruit comes through well defined. Surprisingly gentle finish. Young, with attitude.

Gorgeous. A light and bright expression of Nebbiolo that's more a bit more lithe and graceful (and less weighty) than a Barbaresco, but still distinctly Piedmontese.

Good Nebbiolo from somewhere not B&B. Good typicity, rose petals, red fruits, full bodied but still delivers the iron fist in the velvet glove.
