15 GBP. I LOVE this prosecco. I had this for the first time in Mandrake Hotel, London. The flavour is mineral-ly, it becomes cloudy. It doesn’t have many bubbles.
Reading someone else’s review of this prosecco, I liked the use of the word buttery to describe this. It’s like a lemonade.

Dry and crisp. Almost like honey crisp apple, with a crisp grape finish. Second fermentation in the bottle gives this semi-sparkle wine a cloudy haze when pouring.
