In this case we may lack a bit of fruit, but we have a wet stone salty tingling mineral that is unheard of for a passerina and that is very rare altogether

Aperitif or with raw seafood i would say
I am guessing the bottle ageing has worked well for this wine..probably first time for me with a passerina 4yo

Lucrezia is the name of this wine. Organic grapes, Passerina, salty, fresh, long. Very good!

For cooking. High acidity and dry. Adds a zing to your sauce. A little flat on it's own.
