$25 Big nose. Notes of coffee, earthiness, vanilla on the nose. A little musty smelling? High acid, medium alcohol, medium tannins, medium body. Dry. Balanced. Notes of blackberry, currant, cherry, coffee and tobacco. Nutty aftertaste. Yummy and interesting. Drink again. First time drinking a negroamaro!.

Primarily the Negroamaro varietal from Puglia. Big aromas and flavors of dark cherry/berry fruit. Hints of purple flowers, spices, leather and smoke. Full bodied with tons of acidity. Thank You Ron B.

Found this 13 year old bottle for $19. Great deal. Totally one note, but it’s a powerful one mellowed nicely by age.
