Deep garnet in color; cherries, raisins, and chocolate on the nose; medium minus acidity; medium tannins; tastes like blueberries, strawberry jam, leather, and crushed gravel with a long finish. — 3 months ago

Did a bit of research on this wine since I was bringing it to an Apulia themed dinner at Anthony’s in HH. This grape was once nearly extinct and happily its back. There was a lot of black and red berries and some licorice. Nice finish and a structured wine. — 25 days ago
