Clear light lemon yellow, key note of fresh lemon, star fruits, grape fruits with hint of limestone, vibrant acid and clear texture. Casual taste.

Crisp green apple and lemon. Much acid on the end. Going to eat pasta w freshly foraged hotw Shroomies. Lit a bunch of candles and having din w fam pretending we have friends.

Got a hint of umami on the finish

Clean and sturdy. Golden apples, big naval oranges, yellow peaches, minty green basil. All of age in amphora.

Weighty, viscous, balanced. A lesson in Trebbiano - instructive, precise, soft textured. I wish it had a longer leash. Let’s get groovy.
