Oh wow, this is #valpolicellaripasso is lovely, bolt of cassis, bramble fruit and just this really faint undertone of peppery spice. Though this is Ripasso it’s very lithe on the palate - not weighty at all, fleshy acidity and that subtle peppery spice on the finish. This bottle will disappear fast, with or without a meal pairing. #corvina
