The dry, precise Ayala #8 Rosé is all 2008 although not labeled as vintage. It shows the incredible verve and electricity of this great harvest, and went very well with our trout. It is no surprise it wasn't identified- it ain't even out yet!

Ripe strawberries on the nose not very dry. Very fruity on the palate even with unusual flavors for old world wines like pineapple and kiwi. A slight light caramel aftertaste

Ottimo, bollicine fini, begli aromi, più acidità che mineralitá. Meritava qualche altro mese in bottiglia!
