Ripe strawberries on the nose not very dry. Very fruity on the palate even with unusual flavors for old world wines like pineapple and kiwi. A slight light caramel aftertaste — 7 years ago
The only rose champagne available on the Bouley at Home wine list. A great choice for the diverse menu we tasted that night. goes well with the subtle flavors of sushi and mushrooms to slightly fatty meats and custardy uni. Pretty austere on the nose and palate on a first sip though. — 7 years ago
When first poured has a good nose of white flowers and delicate sweet citrus notes.
Something about the first sip reminded me of Lemon heads 😝 a silly reference — 7 years ago
True to the notes that come along with the bottle strawberry and cherry notes. Some candied fruits and slight caramel flavor. Strawberry notes are somewhat jam like — 7 years ago

Had the 1988 vintage fantastic mix of ripe plum with touches of prunes, a little green bell pepper on the nose and slight spicy note of black pepper. Well balanced tannins, garnet shade — 7 years ago
Pleasantly surprised by the lychee like aromas and flavors this wine had. A wonderful choice for any one starting to drink or interested in Canadian Wines — 8 years ago
