Showing very nicely. Farmed biodynamic the wine shows another dimension after a hour in the glass.

Green apple chalk with loads of acid. Farmed biodynamicly. Delicious.

This is LV14. No dosage. A year and a half since my last btl, roughly. On the nose: melon, with creme fraiche, basil, meyer lemon, meyer lemon zest. Not sure I would believe BdB blind. Color suggests skin contact...almost soft peach. On the palate: aggressive mousse at first...maybe needed a decant. Lovely acidity, lime, bitter citrus, a touch short, and very juicy on the dense and tangy finish. A stunner.

A little lemon zest 🍋a little orange zest with maybe a touch of bitterness from pith 🍊 cool to try a biodynamic wine.
