A blend of Chardonnay (51%), Pinot Noir (40%) and Pinot Meunier (9%) and spends 2.5 years on lees. The high proportion of Chardonnay dominants the wine. Red fruit aromas surrounded by spicy herbs and biscuit scents. The palate has an overwhelming mineral appeal and chalkiness that enhances the wine. Bright and crisp with acidity that carries the wine to a lingering finish ending with yeasty notes.
