The perfect Penedes Pet Nat. Salty and mineral driven, but not acidic, with a smooth rounded that surprised me. More floral than you would expect, too, with some lemon. Loved.

Great little bubbly. Not a wild second fermentation, but enough carbonation to be cleansing and exciting at the same time. “Prickly” is the right word for it, so the label nails it. Dry, slightly fruity with peaches and floral bouquets.

Mild stone fruits and nice tingly bubbles, "wine with a prickle" as the bottle says! Molly's notes: "Honeysuckle, lemon, apricot, minerals". Very drinkable.
