11' Aubert UV-SL Pinot. This wine is drinking as good as I think it can get. Just a rather short decanting and it's singing! The balance is close to flawless. The acidity/fruit/ softened-tannins or so well-balanced. The nose comes off floral/perfumed. Polished black fruits on the palate . Nice long finish. Drinking so much better then a year ago. Open one to find out👍. Mark did an outstanding job with this 2011. I wonder what is going to be like in 2/3 years?

A gift from one of my first regulars I’ve been saving. Very high / hot extraction of pinot. I couldn’t drink it at all the first day. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ It’s clearer, softer and more tertiary tasting on day 2.
