A honeyed nose with a breezy sweet salinity. Very intense and tangy midpalate with lemon curd and real zip

I'm kind of so so on this one this time. Maybe a bad bottle. Feels too ripe with not enough acid balance. Had other bottles of this and it was pretty good so...

Another fantastic wine by Mark Aubert. Eight years old and nowhere near peaking, this had an amazing nose of honeysuckle, vanilla, and just a hint of citrus. Great balance and a fantastic finish, Mark makes the best Chardonnay in California.

2008. Showing slight signs of oxidation both in color and on palate. Has lost that crisp acidity and tart lemon profile for a nice balanced, kore creamy feel. I think if you have any of this left, I would drink over next few years.

Seems a little bigger than most Aubert Chards but great notes of citrus and crushed stone. I like the 09's better but still a great wine

Ugh. Amazing. So rich, like drinking liquid gold, incredible butter, round, beautiful.
