Rich and honeyed. Balanced with a minty acidity. Polished and long. Of it’s type, gorgeous

Jul 1st, 2019This is more like it, right @David L ? On the nose at pop and pour, it had a sulfur/rubber note to it. Faded a bit with an hour of being open...went more to toasted hazelnut. On the palate, Aubert’s signature lemon cream came in to play. Beautiful texture. Wraps the palate in almost a cotton candy note and burnt nutmeg. Best Larry & Hyde I’ve had.

Mar 9th, 2018The only other Aubert I've had was an '09, so it was nice to try one that was a little younger. This was served very cold and needed to warm up a bit to express itself, and probably needed a bit of air. No butter bomb here...crisp green apple, brioche, cantaloupe finish. Possibly a faint hint of mint? Absolutely beautiful juice, though in comparison, the '09 Lauren from them was more enjoyable.

May 12th, 2017Drinking great! Better served cool on the second night, as tertiary flavors are coming out.
