13' Aubert CIX Chardonnay. Mark just makes exceptionally well-made wines. His Chardonnays 😇. There's something for everybody, when it comes to his single vineyards!
Decant this please! Full-bodied . The palate is full of peach, mango, splash of honey, light/moderate acidity & the perfect amount of toasty oak throughout the glass. I personally enjoy this(13) CIX relatively young, and at cellar temperature. No problem aging this for another 8/10 years.

Jun 19th, 2015Wow the second bottle after a terrific Chicken Picante made by Mom. A touch lighter but terrific mouthfeel. I am impressed. Only have 1 bottle but if anyone has Share With Your Loved Ones! 97+. CB
