Pale gold slightly cloudy color. Lemon sherbet, cream and butterscotch nose. A little effervescence makes it dance on the tongue, lemon, butter, butterscotch, tropical fruit to taste. Lighter and fresher than some other Aubert’s. Divine!

Delicious. White peach, apricot, and honey. Should has several years left, I think. Going to hold on to my last bottle for a while.
