Brilliant transparent ruby. Beautiful nose with strawberries and roses. Refined and complex, with velvety tannin, great purity of fruit and wonderful balancing acidity. Wow ! 2012 vintage. Abv. 13,5%.

Had it to porkbelly and it worked like a clock. Intense fruity complex a bit pepper on the nose. Yumstrrs!

Gorgeous nose! Like a palette of herbs resting on a bed of fruit. All carefully composed. There are minerally ozone-like notes on top too adding to the complexity and leaving a very fresh impression. Mouthfeel is pretty balanced; perhaps on the tart/young end of the scale right now. Lots of acidity but keeps the depth of the herb abd fruit mixture to the finish. Will probably improve further from here.
