Reserve Pinot Noir
An old favourite Pinot Noir chosen off the Wine List at Blowfish Broadbeach. Red fruits and confectionery. A lovely volume to the medium weight palate with excellent mouthfeel - supple tannins. Always enjoyable - from the Adelaide Hills.

Spicy Aromas with Cherry Sappiness and Earthy notes with a little savoury funk. Great intensity and length. Very well made in a brilliant terroir for this variety - on this occasion in the Adelaide Hills. As Richard Hemming MW an Englishman said “this is a Burgundy Slayer”! Tasted 57 weeks later with consistent notes - a Pinot more on the fuller side. Very easy to drink.

Dec 10th, 2017The ideal Pinot Noir. Light to medium bodied and easy to drink with or without food. An interesting nose of budded roses and kiwi fruit. Served cool or at room temp.
