Light, crisp, and refreshing. Notes of apricot, pear, good minerality. Good poolside wine when chilled, would love to pair with shrimp or oysters.

Smells a little like fart. Simple, tart, drinkable. I wouldn’t buy it.

All dried fruits, dehydrated apricots, and a hit of dried grass notes. Splendid mouthfeel with some weight and mineral driven. Complexity is attributed to the Indigenous yeast was utilized during winemaking. Not a typical Chenin Blanc.
