Tried several times over past 3-years. Pale lemon Cremant has slight Berry fruit and big biscuit aromas. The palate shows apricot flavors, pronounced yeasty note, lemon zest with rich texture. Tangy tart finish, champagne like, refreshing ending with yeast and gentle sweetness. Good value. Consistent.
