Overripe plums, strawberries, leather and spices. Quite a bit of leather actually with some mushrooms and olive tapenade. Fun and tasting quite good actually however, I don’t think these are worth holding onto any longer. Drink up!

Feb 22nd, 2018Popped and poured. Obvious bricking. Crushed, over-ripe (nearly fermenting) strawberries...in a good way, truffles, sous bois. On the palate, it’s much the same with some slight balsamic element (VA??). Regardless, I️ kinda enjoyed this. Drink now. Like...right now. If you have this, go to your cellar, and drink that. It won’t improve.
