Very interesting Chardonnay at 9 years of age. Starts out tight and hard but opens with aeration to reveal caramel, baked apples, cinnamon. All with a very firm malic acid backbone that will carry it forward another 10 or more years. Not for the acid shy.

Awesome. Great acid, little of that boytris, and just enough sweetness. Very nice length with Mineral. Great wine
