Holy cow, was this good. I guess I was not anticipating how tasty this would be. A blend of Sylvaner and Riesling. Apple, pear, and some citrus. If you have any open it up...its drinking beautifully.

I love these blends with a bit of age...medium to full weight, showing bright gold in the glass and the creamy imprint of malolactic barrel fermentation. Touch of lime, fully ripe pear and a hint of spice.

Clean, fresh and zippy! Acidity that's still working in a great way. If you thought Ca Riesling in the blend was gonna bring sweetness, walk away.
