High acid, not too peppery, v refreshing, slightly tannic pucker finish, good CA gurner!

Jun 3rd, 2016Beautifully herbal, lively fruit, but a touch less acidity then I was looking for. Then again, I'm an acid freak, so YMMV. Was an excellent pairing with a spring salad including peas and asparagus.

Oct 12th, 2015Likely the wine of the evening. Acidity is now tamed and this truly complements any hard cheese. Also played well with the richness of the prosciutto and salami. I wish I had more. I would love to see more American GV if this is a glimpse of the potential.
