A nice sparkler, blend of 70% Pinot Noir, 20% Chardonnay and 10% Meunier, mefium lemon color with aromas of stone fruits and baking bread. Lively bubbles on light mousse, medium bodied, ripe apple and peach on the palate, nice acidity, well balanced ending with toasty mineral and biscuit notes. Nice!

70% PN, 20% Chard, 10% PM. Bubbles are a bit less refined and not the same breadth on the palate as grower champ, but a pretty solid bottle of value OR bubbles.

2014 vintage. Smells like apple strudel immediately upon opening. Lemon zest, green apple, white currant take on richness and more orange/red fruit notes as it warms.

2015 tasted in 12/2018. Reliably clean and crisp. Full bodied Pinot Noir driven blend. Characterized by fruit and acid, not much in the way of secondary or tertiary characteristics.

Light pale yellow. A light nose with white flowers and a touch of earthiness that dissipates. Medium plus (7/10) and well balanced with a medium body. Solid minerality and citrus elements. Long to medium plus finish. Drink till 2022.
