I'm generally a big fan of the Argyle sparklers, but this one was so much apple for a long time it was almost a cider. Eventually improved and turned good but definitely an unusual profile for an extended period.

Nice bubbles. Quite dry, crisp strawberries and raspberries with a bit of lemony citrus.

Delicious single vineyard brut rose! If you want to try it better act fast. Super small production and only available from the winery. So good! Cheers! 🍾
