How were these?
So the Bedrock was very dry. The Crozes was interesting. First night seemed good but reserved and maybe a touch sweet on the finish. It was a pop and pour. The second night it had really opened up and tasted exactly like a really long dry aged steak, with that metallic iron flavor really pronounced.

Yeah I remembered that other was pretty closed and the one we had at veritas was great. Glad it and the soter drank well.
Did we have the 05 or 07 at veritas?
I thought it was the ‘05 because I remembered it being the spectator top wine in ‘07

How did you like it?
Red fruit/cranberry and acid. I don't drink much gamay but thought it was good. Kind of like a pinot a bit. The bottle did not have a grape breakdown so not sure if this was blended with anything.
