A brunello we didn't want to end. Poise, balance, ripe fruit and sexy tannins. Great depth here and that gorgeous lingering finish made it perfect with slow cooked lamb. MMhmmm this was fine indeed

PnP’d. Dark red color with orangish rims. Rust, blood, and heat on the nose. Not a lot of fruit, more earthy, smoky, and tannic on the palate. Medium minus finish. For not liking Italian wines, this wasn’t bad. Drink sooner rather than later.

Medium intensity garnet; moderate plus aromas of plums, cassis, red cherries,earth and green tea; high acid and moderately high tannins, medium bodied and moderate finish. Aging well and will continue to improve as fruit remains strong and tannins continue to mellow. Very good.
