Dark ruby color. Plentiful aromas of ripe red fruit, vanilla, rose petals and sweet spices. Even more noticeable fruit (Cherry, currants, raspberries, cranberries, blueberries) on the palate with additional flavors of chocolate, wild herbs and cloves. Pleasant vanilla/oak note on the medium-plus finish. Fruit forward but not over the top. Pretty well balanced. Great burger wine. Thanks for sharing, Chris B!

Delicious! First time sampling a Barbera D Àsti! There is a lot going on in this glass; the balance between fruit, acidity, and earth is really nice. Presents plums, red berries, licorice Nibs, floral scent, limestone, chocolate, and wet leaves.

We are value wine drinkers, not snobby and don’t know a thing but we love this wine. It was recommended at a Pennsylvania state wine store and they were spot on. Full body and wonderful! Highly recommend it!
