Pale lemon with aromas of stone fruits, citrus and floral notes. On the palate flavors of pear, apple and lemon citrus with vivid acidity and mineral notes. Medium finish ending with citrus and mineral character. Drink now while it’s still fresh!

Pears, peaches and dried herbs. Lots of minerality. Crisp acidity. Great with Pasta and cheese sauce. Solid wine.

Pale lemon colour in the glass.

Clean on the nose with notes of light intensity. Primary aromas of green apple, pear and lemon. No secondary and tertiary aromas. At a youthful development stage.

On the palate it is dry and the flavour intensity is medium. Medium (+) acidity, medium alcohol, medium (-) body and medium finish.

Well balanced but not very complex. Good quality. Drink it now, not suitable for further ageing.

One of the wines on the menu at 13 Pies. A mild but drinkable white.
