Columbia Valley Cabernet Sauvignon

Deep Ruby with aromas of black fruits and herb spice. On the palate flavors of blackberry and plum with herb black pepper spice. Drying big tannins, medium finish with spicy ending.

Good. Better once it opened up some.

Delicate oak among big black fruit

Pretty good for an under $30 cab. Dark cherry and maybe a little licorice. Almost like a merlot. 14.1%.

Drank at Josh & Anna's, delicious, nice oak taste

Words like harmonious balanced understated all the flavor profiles all seductively tasteful

Decent.

I think I might have expected more from this Cab. Thought is was ready to drink, but it seemed to be too young. Up front dark fruits and a little coffee with a very dry finish.
