Nebbiolo är alltjämt en stark rosatodruva. Skön frukt, kryddor med en frisk läskande kärna. Lite malo-krämig textur som balanserar syran.

I wonder what the biodynamic calendar day was because I found this to be much more floral than citrus or summer red fruits. Medium body. A pleasure with Crescenza pizza & spinach ravioli.

After a year it's still got great vibrancy and wonderful palate. Red fruit and tomato.

Starts sweet with a bit of a tart finish. Rose with a lot of taste!
