Excellent broad wine with many different pairing options with food. Definitely a good based wine though. Had this with rosemary lemon chicken and it was quite good but it could pair with a very lemon zesty Alfredo sauce or go lighter into an arugula salad.
Not perfect but good food wine that makes me want to have more vermentino.
