Bourgogne Pinot Noir

Same comment as before but a bit more settled and alive.

Clean, great aromatics and will age. Good dark fruit core.

Medium dark rubi robe. Good balance and acidity, not too marked by wood as we felt in prior vintages. Good stuff and excellent QPR.

Very smooth for a young wine. Over delivers fo it’s price point

From Chambers 2028 on 12/31/2020 with duck paella from Convivial and beet salad. Robust fragrance of strawberries, cherries, raspberries, alcohol— middle of the road good burgundy. Cloudy. Pine/cedar as it warms.
