A serious rose or more like a carbonic Pinot noir. A style I adore. Strawberry licorice and blood orange, woodsy and incense like on the nose. Tart red fruits in balance on the palate. Wonderful.

WNH event number 4. Perfect Pizza Pairing bottles. Not a bad bottle in the bunch!
My contribution. I was told that even though this is a Rosé, it drinks like a pinot. Couldn’t agree more. Dark ruby in the glass. Aromatically it was ripe strawberry, sage and vibrant citrus notes. Concentrated, yet light on the palate. Bing cherry, dragon fruit, watermelon finish. Incredible Rosé that should be viewed as a pinot.

More over known as a light red. Maggie Harrison crafts and outstanding, luscious, herbal,fruit driven, yet undertones of organic earth. This 2014 "Rose" stands on its own.

Jun 28th, 2016It's a Pinot, it's a Beaujolais, it's a.....Rosé? Pulled at the last second and aged for a year, this wine is going great. Medicinal black cherry and sharp acidity on the entry. Middle goes a little bit lighter and finishes with more of a drunk red cherry. This is the most interesting Rosé I have ever experienced and if this was served to me blind I don't think I ever would have guessed this was a Rosé. I think this one has incredible aging potential.
