Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon

Nice oak on the nose. Palate is dominated by vanilla. A big surprise from this producer. Good structure, but no further explanation is required.

Very big wine, still could lay down for a while, but very enjoyable.

Another wine that has improved with age. Initial notes of vanilla are complimented with black fruits and coffee notes. Love length and presence on the mid palate. Let this rest for a little while longer.

Black and red fruit. Bright cherry, cinnamon and nutmeg. Rose, vanilla and eucalyptus. Very fruit forward though. M acid. M+ body and tannin. Plum, dark chocolate, espresso and black ripe cherry. Balanced.

I liked this wine enough to text it the morning after. Would drink again. Rich, powerful, bold. This is how I felt after I drank it, not necessarily how I would describe the wine.

Just a good wine. Very drinkable.

Dark earthy. Another best value old style cab. This 2013 will age.

So much tasty fruit! Only dark purple, and it lingers.
